US Credit

I used to work at us credit inc with the nickname “Kyle Wong” and position of Account Manager. I DO NOT endorse this company or its new ownership and highly recommend doing your own research (better business bureau, Yellowpages, google reviews). It was unfortunate how much the employees complained about the customers.... There’s plenty of companies where your business is valued, keep looking! And to the google review below me “Lawrence Sinclair”, it was a pleasure serving you my friend!

(U.S. Credit, Inc was acquired by new ownership and is now owned by Stephen J Galvin who also owns Ed-Invest, Inc. Us Credit, Inc. is now located on 3515 NW 98th St, Gainesville Fl 32609 with another office in Bonita springs, Florida and one in Hyannis, Massachusetts. They’re small offices, 5-15 staff members each.)

If I could give it 0 stars I would! This is a horrible shady business. I have filed a complaint with BBB for their actions and the way that handled my payoff amount. While attempting to pay off my loan, I was belittled, called names and degraded by a staff member named Steven Klein. I always paid my account on time and paid over my payment amount. I will never recommend US Credit Inc. to ANYONE, and I will NEVER have any doings with them EVER again. Avoid this company and any dealings with them at ALL cost!
