Novellas Italian Restaurant and Bar

The service was great! Ambiance is warm and inviting with soft Italian music in the back ground. Our server brought out the garlic rolls with this fabulous garlic butter parm under our rolls. It was the best I had ever had!! Salad was good but lacked salad dressing, we did ask for more. The Veal Marsala was very tender and very good. The Seafood Risotto was also good. Pappardelle Bolognese was excellent and one of the best Bolognese gravies I have had, just wish there was more. My other guest had the Raviolo very good but only 4 in the dish. That was a disappointment. I will be back for sure.

I went in on the 2nd day they opened. The food was awesome definitely could tell it was handmade. Of course they just opened and I expect some mistakes here and there as this is new and coming from the restaurant business, this is nothing new to me . But I honestly had no issues. Everything was outstanding my wine my food the service was great. The decor was just right for the place classic. The music was suddle but nice. This is REAL italian food that by itself is just super impressive and i cant wait till the crew has some more time to get everything even more superb because it will be the place to be when they do.
