General Info: Land & Water Design has created many successful and award winning landscapes throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC since 1999. We specialize in the development of swimming pool, hardscape and garden architecture master plans for residential homes. As Registered Landscape Architects, we also develop grading plans and collaborate with civil and structural engineers on the more difficult sites. One of the keys to our success is the partnering with several design/build companies, who can expertly craft and implement our designs into reality.
