Rite Aid

My review is mostly about the pharmacy department although every item in this store in terribly overpriced. The pharmacy people at this Rite Aid have a tendency to be rude and short with customers because they are very busy. This is no excuse. If you have a prescription for an unusual drug, do not expect any help from anyone there and phone calls are treated like they are too much bother to be polite. They will not follow through on calls to your doctors and will leave you hanging for days.

Remember Rite Aid, there is a lot of competition for drug stores out there, we don't have to use your store!
