        TERRIBLE! if I can put no stars I would

        THE VERY VERY RUDE LADY AT THE GREETINGS DESK DIDN'T WELCOME US, SHE JUST ASKED FOR OUR NAME. WE ASKED HOW LONG SHE ANSWERED JUST A COUPLE OF MINUTES(WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE ON THE LIST AND THE LOT WAS NOT CLOSE TO BEING FULL) AFTER 10 MIN WE ASKED AGAIN HOW LONG SHE THEN REPLIED 25 TO 30 MIN. WE GOT UP AND SAID NICELY THANK YOU BUT WE'RE LEAVING, SHE JUST GAVE US A DIRTY LOOK. DO WE WENT TO LONG HORN ACROSS THE STREET. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO OCHARLIES EVER AGAIN!
