The manager of this store Linda is UNPROFESSIONAL! They gave my kid a crap haircut she blew it off and proceeded to tell me to teach my 2 year old to sit still and they would do a great job. As a beautician/ barber you are trained to cut anyone's hair. So no I don't care that it is not a kids place they have a haircut for 10 and under. I had been going there for about a year and never had an issue until today.Clearly these folks are not up to par as a whole. I called to discuss how unprofessional this woman was with her as opposed to doing this in the waiting area of the store and she proceeded to call me a b***h, C**t, Wh*re, etc. This woman is not qualified to be a manager and as she claimed to be the owner of the franchise there and several other stores. FYI my kid would have sat still if your barber wouldn't have dug the clippers into the back of his ear. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! No wonder the "good" workers left and went else where. If you are not comfortable cutting a kids hair SAY SO don't do it and cut my kids ears and head all up because you suck at life.
