South Bay Appliance

My experience with South Bay Appliance was quite disturbing. I walked in the store to purchase a washer and dryer. I watched one sales person talking to an potential buyer and another sales person was sitting at a desk. Neither one of them greeted me when I entered. I walked around for about 5 to 10 minutes. No one came over to greet me nor ask if I needed help or assistant in buying anything. After about 5 to 10 minutes later a white man walked in and both sales person said "Hello can I help you?" It wasn't until then I realize that I was not going to get any assistant. I begin to walk out of the store and the one customer said "No one bother to assist you". This was not a good experience and I would urge anyone that spend their dollar at South Bay Appliance to know that they are very racist and do not want to take our money. So please ......... do not buy from them.

I was very impressed with the excellent customer service that I received from Spears Appliance. From the lovely lady who actually tried to help me figure out if my washing machine could be reset by unplugging it and restarting it to the clean and mannerly technician who came into my home. I needed to have the whole control board replaced! The service I received was fast, efficient, and very affordable. I give Spears Appliance Service a five star rating! Thanks Spears!
