CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Generally, I have no time to rate places, but this is ridiculous. After paying hard earned money in rent, this management company refuses to pay security deposit after you leave. I gave a 30 day notice, and left the day i was supposed to. I did every thing, right.(never think it will never happen to you, cuz it happened to me) and he found some way to keep >$600.00 of MY hard earned money. Please do not rent from this place..Madison park apartments.You will have " Good "apartment assessment on move in, and will end with a "fair " on move out. They are unprofessional, and greedy. It is sickening.They accuse u of anything that they THINK you are, and they believe it to...stay away...and if you have kids, run for your life....most of the time you will be without a manager anyways, cuz managers do not stay..they quit in no time.That man (and I so use the term loosely) needs to evaluate his way of thinking...maybe he will have a manager who actually lasts.
