        Overall

        This gym has GREAT customer service,,,UNTIL you sign up....then, they ignore you and don't address any complaints or fix any damaged or non-working equipment. Most of the equipment upstairs is not working, ie elliptical machines, treadmills, and bikes. If you are into weights then I guess it's ok, but if you just want some cardio or some light strength training for beginners or help with anything. outta luck. Thanks. Not impressed, disappointed with my membership.
