My heat pump system is working fine (cold air and heat) until I called this guy named Quang to come and perform a routine maintainance. He checked my system and told me that the pressure is high. So, he took some freon out. After he did that, the system no longer blow cold air as before he touches it. He told me that my system need to be replaced and it will cost me $4,000. He left.



I called another AC repair person to come and look at my system. He charged the freon back in and the system is now blowing cold air as it did before Quang touches it. The system has been working for few months now without any problems. I hope that now one will get rip off by this person name Quang. He drive a white Toyota Tundra. Please watch out for him.
