I like the customer service and the price for the repair i did for my car compare to what i was quoted, same repair for almost 1/2 price they even offer me a car to use while working on my car I commended they give me free diagnostic and explain everything to me before working on the car.

Replace brakes - car jerking , squeaky, several visits to fix. Replace headlight - got the faulty one, with a black spot right in the middle. Waited for a month for replacement. New one was pointing to the side of the road, not aligned properly. Few more visits to fix. Put plastic bumper in place after minor fender bender - popped out of place next week. Shop refused to fix that. These guys are simply not qualified for this kind of business.

I have found a shop I can trust. Great customer service, excellent work and all at a very fair price. They even dropped me off at work so I could leave my car. I went to one of the bigger service shops in the area (you've seen their advertising). The lead mechanic seemed to more interested in selling than in fixing my problem. He told me $1,000 to start and no guarantee that the problem would be solved (car was overheating). Walnut Automotive took care of it for under $600.00 and guaranteed parts and labor. Hard to find someone you can trust when you need auto maintenance or repairs. I will go out of my way to take my car to this shop. I can leave my keys and tell them to take care of it knowing they will only take care of what needs to be done. You can't put a price on trusy.
