        This century 21 is awful! Dawn Daniels has a home listed in appleville. It's a mobile home park in west chester pa. I recently went to look at the property, I liked it and made an offer. We went back an forth and came to an agreement. I wanted to get the place inspected. Dawn refused to be there she told my realtor she wasn't making enough money off the sale and she wasnt driving that far. After getting the pre approval for a mortgage I needed paper work from the owners, including the bill of sale. The bill of sale stated that the home was an 83 when it was listed as a 98. Dawn didnt do her job and look into anything before listing it. These people paid way less than what they were asking for the home. MOBILE HOMES DEPRECIATE! If she knew how to do her job she would of guided her clients through this. The home is still listed at the ridiculous price today, 3 weeks after this incident. I've called the owner of the office and still haven't heard anything back. The whole office is a mess
