Beauty Sense

I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars.I have been a customer here 7 years. Now there is a new owner, I went and bought hair 3 weeks ago and have already had to pull it out because it was ratted and disgusting. It is the same brand same color I have bought from years from previous owner. I did notice the packaging was slightly different (FAKE). When I went in to discuss with new owner I was basically told "too bad, buy more". Which seems insane to me. I will not be shopping here ever again nor taking any of my extension customers here either. BUYER BEWARE!
