The Flower Barn

Wonderful service, great flowers and prices. The best in Rochester area!!

First off let me say that I'm not one for giving online reviews, but I felt that this business was so deserving of accolades.

I'm from out of state and needed flowers sent on the same day as the order was placed, and they were. I used the Flower Barn website which was very easy to navigate and extremely helpful for me to see what I was ordering. I had looked at other florists in the area around Lockport and wasn't nearly as pleased with the prices or selection.

I called the store so I could personally place more order, since I needed two orders sent to two separate locations but on the same street. I was stuck between choosing two different arrangements for one of the orders and the woman was so kind and helpful in making my selection. She even put other calls on hold for me while servicing my call, knowing that I was from out of state. I couldn't have been more pleased with her service and assistance. She even only charged me for one delivery fee since both orders were on the same street. I feel that it's little perks like the one she allotted me that keeps customers coming back to a business for more.

I also received phone calls tonight from the two houses that I sent them to and those arrangements were raved about. They both loved them and said how gorgeous they were.

Not many people send flowers anymore, but I feel like it's a trend that needs to catch on again, especially when you have incredible service from florists like the Flower Barn!
