I have no dental insurance and I heard they were cheap n their prices. My first visit there wasn't bad, most of the staff was nice. However when I was called to go back i had to walk through a crowd of staff who were all standing in the halls like they has no work to do, which made me wonder why I had to wait 45 minues afer my appointment time to even be seen. The girl cleaning my teeth was great, but while was getting work done a lady from the front desk kept walking in he room to discuss another patient, while also making jokes. I thought that was very unprofessional and I wondered what they would say after I left. I had to come back to get teeth pulled and my appointment time was 9-11 am or 2-3 pm first come first serve. They don't even give appointments, it's like they have everyone in Gaston County come in that day to have teeth pulled, I've never seen anything like. I left that day without even getting any work done, I drove myself right down the road to Dr. Godel's office and it was there that I finally realised how a dental office was suspossed to be ran and how professional staff can be!! Never would I recommend Dr. Walsh to anyone, and they will never see my face in there again.
