This company supposedly serves the Gulf Coast and answers its phones 24/7. Well I was refused service last night when the technician claimed that contractor customers came first. Well by the conversation which led up to his refusal this guy "Joe" was not busy serving other customers. They were the only a/c repair place which actually answered its phones at that time of night, as it claims, but to no avail. The technician made it clear it would be at least a 2 hours (or more) drive for him and he could not guarantee he would have the part needed to repair the unit at a starting cost of $160 for an emergency call. He later claimed that after he made a call to whomever he was told that he could not come out because contract customer came first. Me and my pups slept at 86 degree temperature last night with the exception of two fans.
