Ross answered the phone, I explained my problem, and he gave an estimate with no hidden costs. I had called other places before ALS but their prices were much higher and they had other costs.

Ross was able to make it to my house within 1.5 hours of our phone convo, less than an hour later I had 2 programmed keys for my car, he even gave an extra one he made to check if I had needed a key with a chip, at no extra cost to me.

The estimate given on the phone was what Ross charged me, he even takes credit cards. Absolutely awesome. Came to my house in Oviedo to make programmed keys for a PT Cruiser. Extremely honest, knowledgeable and the best pricing available. Excellent, excellent experience. I had Ross come out today and cut 2 new keys for my Honda Odyssey. I know for a fact that it takes special tools and supplies to do this work. Ross had 2 new keys cut, programmed and test for me in less than 30 minutes. I had just lost a set of keys for the car that day that were a replacement set form the dealer. Ross's price was a fraction of the dealer cost. I had called several other locksmiths and they either did not have the equipment to work on the newer cars or chared the same rate as the dealer. It is refreshing to to meet someone that truely knows his trade and enjoys what he does!

I recently misplaced one of my laser cut keys for my new vehicle. As you can imagine, I was worried about having only one key, just in case it were to disappear.
