Roaches, mold, mildew in the shower, holes in the ceiling, dark stains on ceiling, trash on floor.



Clerk refused to give refund because I "had been in the room over 15 minutes." However she was judging by check-in time after which her printer was out of paper and I had to go out to my car to give my license plate number - thereby significanlty delaying my 15 minutes (which is ridiculous in the first place).



Clerk stated that manager was the only person who would be able to refund my money.I was told that she would be in at 7:30 the next morning. After purchasing a room at another motel, I awake bright and early to retreive my hard-earned money only to find that the manager was AGAIN unavailable!



After some investigation, I plan to add my complaint to the already extensive list at the Better Business Bureau.



P.S. We ended up at the Quality Inn and it was fantastic!
