I'm giving this place one star. It doesn't even deserve one. I came here with my elderly father, who didn't speak English. He wanted to get a pedicure. During the pedicure I stayed with him because of 1. language barriers 2. It is extremely difficult for him to bend to put on his socks and shoes. Half way through the pedicure I was told very rudely "you stood there long enough" by the guy who worked the front desk. At that point I made sure he knew to call me when the pedicure was done so that I can help my father and I was reassured that the person who did the pedicure would assist my father. That of course never happened. When I asked the guy what happened he made excuses and said my father was able to articulate that he didn't need any help. MY FATHER DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!! The guy even followed us out side and got confrontational with my husband....like he wanted to fight my husband out side the store. The whole situation was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. We will not be coming back.

Great environment and services. Highly recommend Bella in Germantown!
