Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. We moved in April and transferred our service to the new residents who were happy to keep the alarm. Since April this company continues to charge me and the new residents for the same service at the same address that we don’t live at anymore. I have called, emailed, texted the company until I am blue in the face. Begging them to stop charging me and to refund my money to me that they are fraudulently charging me and they keep saying they will take care of this but then they charge me the next month. My next step is to dispute the charges with my bank and get my money back and cancel my bank account so they can’t continue to double dip my account and the account of the new residents for the same alarm service that I don’t even have anymore. Please Please do not do business with these people you will regret it big time!!
