Randolph's TV & Appliances

I called to see if I could get my tv repaired , when I called the answering machine picked up, I did not leave a message. Five minutes later a man called back and apologized, that he was on the other line. I thought that was awesome that he called me back. I explained that my tv had no picture but there was sound, I told him that I had four children and maybe one of them turned down the color, I asked if it was ok to bring it in, he replied yes. I drove to Gibsonburg Ohio, to drop the tv off, I carried it in to the store the owner asked me to place it out of the way by the door , I did that, he then moved the tv closer to the window, when he did that he leaned the tv back and BROKE THE TV STAND!!!! Right away he said it was already broke, I physically just watched him break my TV stand, I heard it crack and saw a piece fly off. I told him he needed to fix that , he then replied and said that one of my kids broke it. Hello I just watched this man break my stand on my TV, then blamed me and then my kids. I couldn't Believe what just happened, I was so upset and devastated. So I laughed and took it somewhere else
