Unlike other contractors, the Representative from McVay Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling, John Husar, took the time to listen to what we wanted, evaluated the situation, and made a proposal that was not a spur-of-the-moment proposal like some of the others. He offered us proposals for mini-split heating and cooling systems that we could afford. Once we accepted the proposal, he came during installation to assure what was being installed would satisfy our needs. After installation, he assisted us with obtaining an electric company credit. I am retired from a career dealing with customers. To have a person follow through the whole process of pre-sale, sale, and post-sale is exceptional.
