Temple Heating & Cooling

These people are fantastic! One of their crew was helping (on his off time) the man who was putting in my HVAC. He was called in at the spur of the moment as my guy wasn't sure on the wiring of the unit. He and his helper were courteous and efficient, leaving no mess and a business card when they left.



Unfortunately, the installation of the unit was not correct (NOT TEMPLE'S FAULT) and the automatic cut off kept shutting the unit down. I called Temple after hours, on a Friday evening, and left a message. Within 30 minutes, they returned my call. After realizing that I was not an original customer, Clark STILL talked me through how to get the unit running. I was on the phone with him for over 15 minutes, learning a great deal about how the unit worked and how to get in running again. He was very professional and courteous the whole time. Here's the great part.....he refused to send me a bill!!! How great is that?
