About Berndorf Belt Technology USA Berndorf Belt Technology USA was established over 25 years ago in Elgin, Illinois, to provide North American customers of Berndorf Band GmbH with greater access to steel belt sales and services, as well as to shorten lead times on delivery of our belt technologies. Over the past years we have developed a reputation for commitment to quality and customer service. Our belts are manufactured by Berndorf Band GmbH in Austria and meet all international quality standards. Belts manufactured for food processing and baking industries conform to all required hygiene standards, as well as being easy to clean without the use of harsh chemicals. Coupled with the commitment to quality is our commitment to be a provider of leading edge steel belt technologies. Berndorf Belt Technology USA is pleased to be the only provider of 3.5mm steel belts for the laminate industries. Such developments in steel conveyor belts allow our products to keep up with the demands and developments in the industries we serve. When Berndorf Belt Technology USA receives your request for quote, you can be assured that the system we design for you will meet the exacting requirements and tolerances of your process. We offer our customers the opportunity to bring their product to our facility to conduct tests on a steel belt system, complete with feeding devices and other ancillary devices. Data gathered allow us to not only determine the required size of the steel conveyor belt system, but to contribute to our better understanding of what our clients need to maximize the efficiency and uptime of their production lines. Berndorf Band GmbH has over 150 years of manufacturing experience and knowledge that we know our customers rely on. To ensure that our stainless steel belts provide the continuous process that we strive to deliver, our service technicians are Berndorf-certified and available to travel to any location, around the clock. They come with all necessary service tools, eliminating the downtime that may be caused by waiting for special tools to be shipped to the jobsite. Additionally, our customers are welcome to receive maintenance and repair training for their steel belts. Berndorf engineers teach these courses, and participants receive a certificate of completion.
