DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY!! Worst Customer Service I have encountered in many years. If you have American Home Shield for home insurance, save yourselves the headache of dealing with this company. Ask to get a different contractor for you plumbing needs. This so called "Melissa" is always at a doctors appointment. She says she will call you back and you are left waiting for weeks.

★☆☆☆☆ Worst customer service EVER!!! I called two weeks in advance to schedule service. I was told to call back the week I wanted them to come. When I spoke to Melissa? she said Gerry would come either Wed or Friday. Well Friday came and went with no call. I emailed and left 3 messages. I NEVER heard back from them. Don't waste your time or energy!!!!

Always a pleasant surprise to find a professional and honest home service on the internet. We had a pipe burst thanks to the rough winter and needed the outdoor faucet replaced. Gerry came out to the house right on time, was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He and his partner identified the problem immediately and fixed the pipe while salvaging the $60 faucet, which he easily could have told me needed replacing and charged me for a new one. That's the kind of honesty you hope for. He even looked at one of our toilets and gave sound advice on how to fix it. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service and the very reasonable charge for it. Highly recommended!

Wow, I was very impressed. Gerry came out to my house within an hour replaced our leaking water heater he is very reasonable, efficient and very personable yet still professional. I would highly recommend Gerry to everyone I know. I have found my plumber for life. I had other estimates that were so high from the bigger companies, so check Gerry out, he will save you a lot of money!! Five Stars & way to go, finally customer service is alive & well (with Gerry McKown Plumbing)
