        Family Linkage Adoption serves children in need of adoptive homes and families in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Benito, Monterey and Merced counties in California. It matches children and families to foster lifelong relationships. The agency also offers support, medical assistance and financial reimbursement services after adoptions are finalized. Family Linkage Adoption is a part of Family Linkage Program, which provides adoptive and foster placements for children. Family Linkage Program offers precertification training, consulting, 24-hour telephone support and respite child care services, as wells as monthly allowances and referrals. The program is a part of the Permanency Services Department of Rebekah Children's Services, which offers a range of campus- and community-based care service for children and families.
