Extremely unprofessional and did not process fingerprints. Three weeks after having livescan "done" here, I had to visit the location to get an answer which was simply "the computer didn't send them". It has since been two days, and the Department of Justice still has no record of my printing. Very poor in responding to emails and poor customer service in general.
