I wish I could give this jerk negative stars!! My timing belt blew and I had my car towed to what I thought was my friendly local mechanic. He told me that I needed a new timing belt installed. Fine, I said. Then, (after he did the work) he told me that my engine was blown and "this car is not going anywhere until you pay me!" The fee was $800.00 for him to replace the timing belt on my car and HE DID NOT EVER SUGGEST THAT THE ENGINE MIGHT BE BLOWN! Then he immediately suggested that he pay us a $1,000.00 for the car. Now we are talking a 1998 Volkswagen GLX fully loaded. It was worth $10,000.00 before he got his hands on it! We took several months before deciding what to do with the car. Then we shipped it overseas and hired a mechanic to repair the car there. Well, Mr. Gladpack Sunoco never put the car back together after jamming us for $800.00. So when the car gets overseas, the mechanic there tells us that the heads are missing. Jeez!! My mind is just blown! Now we have to buy a bunch of extra parts and ship them overseas. I know that Mr. Gladpack Sunoco jammed the front bumper into the car (ruining the cieling of the interior), but had not idea that he lost half the parts (he certainly did not bother to reassemble the car after getting PAID IN FULL!!!!).



All in all, the mechanic overseas was able to fix the car for $500.00. Now we have a car overseas. Oh, well.
