Cloverleaf Landscaping

Work was promised the first two week in August. On September 23, 2019 after multiple attempts to get an update on my project, with absolutely no response we requested our deposit back. Told by Dan the owner it was non refundable, despite there being no contract and no work even started. Super disappointed that a contractor would think he should keep my deposit despite the fact that he did not do any of the work. He didn't keep up his end of the agreement. Guess off to court we go. :(
