I called this company at the last minute at 4:15 in the morning after being stood up by another company that I had made arrangements with 2 days prior they had a cab to me in 15 minutesand then the driver handed me an umbrella and sat me in the car while he loaded my luggage then offered me an after dinner mint he not only got me to the airport in time but showed me a cheaper route than the other company had been taking me I will never call another company this company is the way to go

Very poor service by all means catch the bus or call a yellow cab. The dispatcher Ron is a complete jerk and definately has some PR issues...

Independent all star the best taxi service I've ever use. I had to be at the airport and needed a ride no one was available.I went on line a found then.they called me the day to confirm my address and called me 15 minutes before arrival to make sure I was up. When the drive arrived he called to let me know he was here,and greeted me with a smile. He made sure I was seated properly and I was ok and got everything before taking off. The cab was very clean and smelled well.I would definitely use them again,and recommend them to anyone!

This was my first time taking a cab service was quick,they even called me to let me know my cab was here,The driver was friendly and most important he took the shortest route. I definitely will be using allstar again.

Use at your own risk! Definitely NOT for airport pick-up! Called to make an appointment, late arrival, had two drivers show up at the same time. Nothing but excuses, and the driver that ended up taking me had the nerve to use profanity because I was upset. Need reliable service? CALL YELLOW CAB!!!!!!

I found out at 6:30am that I would need a ride to work by 7am. Called this cab service and someone was at my door by 6:50. The cab was clean, the driver was professional and courteous, and I was at work earlier than normal despite the hiccup in my day. Fabulous service, would recommend to anyone and use again myself if needed!

All Star Taxi is hands down the best taxi I've ever used.I take a taxi almost everyday to work and they are never later, always friendly and very professional. Not to mention their customer service is amazing! When they hadn't heard from me for awhile Ron called to make sure everything was okay and to check if they had done anything to turn me away. I love this company and works recommend them to anyone!

I called for a cab June 29, 2014. The taxi service I received was on time, professional, and courteous. On my return to Baltimore, MD on July 3, 2014. I called Ron of Ron's All Star Taxi to inform him I would need a cab. I explained to Ron I was going into the 95 South tunnel and I should be downtown within the next thirty minutes. When I arrived at my stop I waited thirty minutes for Ron. I took another taxi as I had to be home immediately to report for work. In the process of calling Ron to inform him of the changes he called me to find out where I was. I informed Ron I had taken another taxi as I had to report into work immediately. Ron then proceeded to rudely explain to me I cost him gas and I wasted his time. I apologized and told him I had to report into work and couldn't wait any longer. Instead of leaving the conversation there; Ron immediately texted my phone and proceeded to use profane words in regards to costing him a job. He made it clear and guaranteed that the cab I was taking would rip me off. I asked Ron to discontinue contacting me and that I would no longer use his service. Ron continued to do so dispite my request and continued to use profane language. I don't believe this is the best practice of customer service nor is it professional. Business owners shouldn't feel like it's normal practice to disrespect customers nor should customers be subject to profane language and harrassment. I will never use this service again. Use at your own risk.

Greatest taxi service I have ever seen. The driver was very polite, professional and 10 minutes early! He loaded my bags at the hotel and unloaded them at the airport. The taxi was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this company and would not use anyone else when in this area.

All Star Taxi is the ONLY taxi service I use and I travel weekly to bi-weekly! Ron and his drivers are courteous, professional and has always been early and on time! Gives discounts to his military customers and treats everyone with respect! Been using him for months and will continue using them in the future!

First experience today but so far, FANTASTIC! Very professional. On time & CALLED about a minute before showing up to say when he"d arrive. Told what route he planned & asked if we knew a shorter one. When we called, we had a bad connection, so they asked permission to hang up & call back to get a better connection - they called us from their caller ID, rather than have us call them again to reset the connection & they allowed a minute before calling back, just like they promised.

I will say I've had other companies that started out like this but then once they thought they had our business no matter how badly they acted, their service went downhill...so time will tell, but so far, I am VERY IMPRESSED. Professional from beginning to end, helpful, HONEST.

This is the best cab company I've EVER used, hands down. Honest, polite and always gets there a few minutes early.

This was the first time even using a cab, and I can tell you that I was very pleased. He was polite on the phone, and not only showed up on time, but a few minutes early. My teenage daughter was the one using it and as a single mother,I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. But now, when all is said and done I can feel very confident that she is with All Star Taxi!!

wow what a great service very reliable on time also waited patiently for me to get out of building was running late and needed to get to my destination..... driver very friendly an knowledgeable of the closest route to my destination ....Ive used many cab companys in many states an although I know cabs cant be perfect everytime you've seem too be the best at being on time.... thanks again all-star taxi ill be calling soon

very disorganized when I called. Was a no show for pick up. Very disappointed. Should have figured it out when the man who answered was busy talking to someone else while taking my information.
