        On Monday I made an appointment to come in Friday at 10 am to have 4 Firestone tires installed. Showed up on time. My car still wasn't in at 11am - status per manager: 'we'll get to it soon'. At 11:30am I asked why with a 10am appointment my car was still out in the parking lot. Manager said they hadn't had any open bays. I pointed out that at least 4 cars had been moved in, but not mine. He said mine would go in as soon as the next bay opened up. Beginning at 11:40am there was an open bay, but no car was put in. At noon the adjacent bay also opened and soon 2 cars went in - not mine. I asked the manager what was up and he said they'd been busy and he didn't know how mine "got lost", but he could get it in soon. Two wasted hours was enough. I took my keys back and will go somewhere else where the customer's time is valued and they don't lie to you.
