I hadn't needed a groomer myself for years. We ran a dog rescue and 3 of us were fairly good amateur groomers.

Then after two shoulder surgeries one of our own rescues that we kept began getting matted and I could not keep up with her.

We were worried how she would be due to severe separation anxiety.

From the first phone call to make the appt. Donna was so reassuring. They didn't crate or medicate and they allayed all our fears and KC

Was beautifully groomed and so calm coming home! We were so pleased. I would highly recommend Cecil's to anyone.
