Ronnie Sapp Plumbing and Well Drilling

This company is not even a one star, its the only start that I have to chose. I call this company because they installed my well when I built my home. I call them on Monday morning I did not have any water. I was told by Robert that they would be out on Monday night they did not show up. I called them on Tuesday morning I was told they would be at my home at 10:00 am. No one showed up or called me. Needless to say that I never heard from them.

Did not fix Well. Left us with no water. Months broken truck in yard. Do not use not reliable always lied to when it was going to be fix..

Mr Sapp is the best and the work is does is more than a customer could hope for. It seems to me that Ronnie does this job because he likes helping people more than anything. He's more than competent at doing the work, but more importantly, he is good at making a customer like myself realize I'm not gonna get taken to the cleaners, as he looks for ways to save me from having to spend money. He puts the customer FIRST! Which is why Ronnie Sapp gets 5 Stars! I would give him 10 stars if that were an option!

Ronnie Sapp has worked at our home for over 20 years. We have never had any problems on the contrary we find hm and his employees to be extremley professional and their work excellent. I would recommend him.
