Best Brothers Lawnmower Shop

I found that the customer service was wonderful, i did have to wait a little longer than was told but must understand that when small businesses order parts always takes longer... the work done was great and I recommend them. Per Sandy Bayes comment below, you may of been asking something of whomever talked with you that they wanted to assist you with but werent able because i know they dont do housecalls. MOst lawnmower shops dont. sorry try them again

A sorry excuse for customer service. I called twice to schedule a home repair for my new lawnmower. Chewy said he was coming but didn't show either time. I tried calling again but no answer. I would have rated this lousy company a zero if the option was there.

Took my lawnmower in for repair. Was told it would take 2 weeks. 21 days later, I finally got my lawnmower back. Meanwhile, my back yard is a jungle.

ordered parts, took 10 weeks to come in. Had to hound em about it.
