What a disaster.

What a disaster. A 10-day bathroom remodel job turns into nearly two months and still unfinished and coast me 2k more to have someone else finish it.



We had to fight them on everything that needed to be done. This company subcontracts out EVERY part of the install and communicates with none of them. The tear out is one sub, plumbing is another sub, installing cabinets is another sub, tile and grout is another. No one is accountable to anyone because they don't work of OSA. The project 'manager; complained that the sales person is always promising things and never following through. The subs broke new fixtures, incorrectly measured for shower enclosures which meant that all new glass had to be bought, leaky fixtures, etc, etc, etc.



If you use this company you are CRAZY STUPID.

I contracted this company to remodel my 3 bathrooms in June. As we went through the design we were assured we were within budget. When it came time to sign we were $10,000 over. After haggling we signed. Construction started 7/19 today is 9/6 and the first 2 rooms are still not done. The quality of work is shoddy and the organization of sub contractors is non existent. The number of errors is staggering.
