Glendale Optical

I purchased an extra pair of glasses here (last year) and they were lighter and more comfortable than the pair I bought from my (In Network) VSP provider. They were also 1/3 the cost. I also purchased a pair of UV-Polarized Sunglasses (prescription) for fishing and they are superb. The owner is very helpful and takes time to get you the right fit for your face. I paid $200+ over the amount allowed by my VSP insurance to my (In Network) Ophthalmologist-Optician two years ago for a pair of glasses that (in my opinion) were not as comfortable as the ones I bought at Glendale Optical. This time I got my eye exam at a VSP provider and brought my prescription to Glendale Optical. My (Out of Network) reimbursement covered my entire cost. The shop may not be modern or fancy, but the deal and service are top notch. I am referring all of my friends.

I took my prescription here and got a pair of Gucci glasses for less than my eye doctor was gonna charge for regular lenses. They're extremely friendly and really work with you to get the right fit at the right price. Great sunglasses selection too. This will be my regular eyeglass store!
