New Century Volkswagen

Thank you to New Century VW. I don't think your staffed with the same people who created all the negative experiences that have been posted in the past. I had the best time buying a car. They really cared. I told them what I had and Carlos made every effort to get me my ideal car, payment, price and every other need I had. He is a very good and easy proffessional to deal with. My first 90 day inspection was also incredible, Jaime took the time to get me in on time with my appointment and was very kind and attentive to my needs. I know I have a great dealer me at New Century VW....

The parts deparment is incompetent they can't order the correct part. They are very rude and the GM is even worse. Take you car else where, stay away. The part guy told me to take my business to another dealer and hung up on me.

Very unfortunate experience. The advertised "sale deal" was not made available to me, fraudulently. The purchse turned out to have several issues and when I decided it is time to cut my loses it turned out that the car was in quite an accident, where the doors and panells on the whole side of the car were repaired whithout any incident information available on the Carfax report.

As an unsitisfied customer I was dismissed and delt with much resistance an unprofessionalism, met with statements such as " lets go to court, then" and referred to as "this has became quite a big deal, now". I do not recommend doing buisness with New Century Volkswagen!
