Narcissus Hair Salon

Had a horrible experience here and will probably never return! Ok so I called in and asked for a appointment and they set me up with Sharon, I then very specifically asked if she could taper they assured me she could so here I am at my appointment, I meet Sharon and ask again if she knew how to taper and her response was "I know how to use clippers" not the answer I was looking for. So I turn to the 2 girls at the front asking if there was someone else that would cut my hair because my gut told me not to let Sharon cut my hair. Instead of them helping me find a stylist I could be comfortable with they went on to assure me I was using the wrong wordage and she did know what she was doing... well let me tell you folks my hair was butchered she left patches in the back of my head which she tried to say was from some greying... I'm 34 I am not that grey yet. The cut was awful, probably the worst cut I've had my whole life and there have been some pretty bad ones but none this bad! I suggest to anyone going there do not let Sharon cut your hair!

James started off with relaxing and much needed head massage, which felt amazing! I love any service that starts off with relaxation, and this one most definitely did. Then, being very methodical he went through and cut my hair exactly how I like it! My hair can be tricky to cut, but those who are talented, as he was can get it right. James is great!



Most importantly, my stylist and the rest of the staff were friendly and a joy to be around. Truly a great salon, a fantastic experience, and wonderful people who take great care of their customers.

There are several good salons in Glenwood Springs... This is NOT one of them. If you are seeking Aveda products go to the Vapor Caves... You will love the salon and the products :)

Not impressed! I had a gift certificate and went into inquire about it. The women told me that she thought it had expired (there was no expiration on the certificate) and that she would look into it. She took my number and never called!!!! When I called the business they told me they had no idea about the gift certificate and that someone would call me. Still waiting for a call... Bad business.
