28 days from ground breaking to enjoying our new backyard and pool! All the employees were great to work with. We had nothing to start with we now have a backyard oasis with a pool, artificial grass, pavers and a fenced and walled in backyard. I have and would recommend Xtreme Backyards.

Much fast talk and promise. We paid half on written contract, which was detailed in our monetary obligations. In retrospect we should have asked for written inclusion of construction details that were orally promised. Prompt start. Good design ideas. The painter didn't match our wall paint even though we had offered our color formula and sample. The finished kitchen is rough. Stain on the rough concrete surface is very uneven. 12 volt light cord was severed and not repaired when the grill was raised for a second stain application. The umbrella came sliced and was an ill-matching color; a promised replacement was never delivered. Poor communication, apparent bad memory, and no response to repeated requests at the end.
Verbal 2- year warranty with lifetime touch up is laughable.
We say: Get EVERYTHING in writing or look for another company.
