ADAMS AUTO WASH GOLDSBORO, NC.
They broke a piece of trim off my car & just left it laying in the floor of the back seat. The store mgr. tried to fix it. When he couldn't, he changed his tune, that I couldn't prove it was done by them. I then called the Regional Director, JOHN McGUINNES (252) 355-7515 in Greenville NC, before I even got into my car. He was not available so I left my name, phone number, and all details for him to return my call. It's been over 7 days, I've called two more times since and he will not speak to me.
They can destroy your car during any process of cleaning and then deny it.
So I am posting this to warn as many people possible. I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

I went to Adams Car Wash in Goldsboro NC on Spence Ave. Today March 23,2016 at 11:00 a.m. I had my three year old daughter with me hungry so I left my car at Adams Car Wash an walked to Andy's.I went back to Adams my car was dirty in the inside and the outside.So I went to speak with the manager he said that they clean the inside and outside. He said if I came back he would vaccum the inside and wipe the inside down.He said it was the pollen sticking to the car but my car had tree sap on the car he claimed that he couldnt get it off.I told him I wasnt happy.And that's what he offered they need to fire his non managing a$$. Also I want my money back for not getting the correct wash the first time.I not going back to this sorry business.I would not recommend that anyone go there.They are so not professional.I want my money back and a free wash on Adams Car Wash in Goldsboro NC.This was my first and last time going there.Don't give away free money people.They are scams all the way round

I was there today and the sevice was very very bad , car was not cleaned and there was a employee there very unprofessional . I would not recommend to anyone.they need to be turned over to better business
