I have seen Dr Frederick and Dr D Arugio (Dr D). Both doctors have been pleasant and efficient. I prefer Dr D. because he is so good looking. Ha ha. Don't go to them for back and neck problems, they won't do anything for you. They don't specialize in that area. Sometimes they give more time than others but they get the problem taken care of. Sometimes I'm left with questions but most often I take questions on paper so I remember them. I do not like the practice of signing in with my name on a clip board so everyone else can see that I have been there and who I've seen but that seems to be the norm for most offices. Seems that is a confidentiality concern. Some offices immediately peel your name off and I like that. Then you have a little wait and you see a pleasant woman who asks you if any information has changed. You go sit back down. Awhile later you are called by the back office staff, who have been pleasant thus far. Then you wait awhile for the doctor. He may order X-Rays, so you go sit somewhere else, then come back and sit some more. It seems like a long time but it's maybe 30-40 minutes in all on average. That's good for such a large practice. Then you see another woman who takes your payment. Most offices ask for payment up front which I feel is backwards. They don't know what the doctor is going to do until you have been seen. Personally I think that is too many people to see. Go anywhere with a good attitude and that's "usually" what you get in return,
