This place is so DISORGANIZED with their appointments. Not impressed at all with how they do business. Customer service is UNPROFESSIONAL. If you run a business, please treat it as so. Customers are what MAKE THE business. So disappointed on how they treat people. I just don't understand what the point of having a business if they don't value their customers. The owner needs to be AWARE how her employees talk to people. Will discourage others from coming here.

Rude is what I describe this place as. I had taken loads of clothing and other household items to this place. In the first month I only got $13. Went back this month and I have yet to get the money. I stopped in just like they told me to do. I had to go find them in the back and instead of even a hello, I got a stare. I told them what I was there for and the lady replied, "well did anyone call you and tell you that you had money on your account?" NO THEY DIDN'T, they never have. Then she said they were busy and would be with me after a while because they HAD TO FIGURE OUT WHERE TO PLACE A TABLE. Really???? What happened to customer service???? Don't waste your time with this place.

Took over 100 name brand girl's clothing/shoes to this place in July...made a whopping total of $37.00! Went to pick the clothing up & I was a few days early & the owner Joe said she would charge me $10.00 to pull them early, so I left them. I went back to get the a few days later & she said she had given the clothes to Charity!!! Do not recommend selling or shopping at this unfit buisness!! The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!
