Have not received my refund yet and he said that he doesn't know what happened not dealing with his m no! More

Jody has been doing my family business for years, he is now doing my personal taxes, and my moms. Wonderful helpful service for my whole family. Would recommend to anyone who needs expert advise. Keeps you in the loop the whole process.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! MY refund was put on hold because Jody didn't inform me about the 1095a form that needed to be filed with my tax return. He never gave me a copy of my return and now thanks to him I don't know when I will be getting my refund. I've never had a problem with the irs until I went to this hole in the wall!!! He didn't even care that I was having an issue with my refund. He also gave me the wrong amount of my refund and I didn't know this until I tried to check the irs website and check my status. It was only then that I had to call him and he gave me my Correct amount which was a 616 difference so I'm going to be missing some money when I get my return and he told me he charged 300.00 and that's all so I know he lies! I will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone we all work to hard for someone to mess up our money that's suppose to be a " tax prpfessional"
