Pet House

I have been going to The Pet House for over 20 years. In that time, I have had problems with some of my animals, and they had experienced staff to help me. I like that it is locally owned and the owner is on premises to answer questions. The animals are in a very clean and bright environment. They keep a well stock inventory of items and I have never had a problem with their pricing.They are a great customer oriented service store.

This pet store is very expensive and the staff is ok, but not really experienced and poor professionalism. I have been to this store many times, at least once every 2 weeks to 3 weeks because i wanted to support our local stores but after yesterday we will be getting our dog and cat and fish supplies elsewhere. I left after i was given the run around and I went to Aquatic design and was so satisfied with the customer service and the prices and then Petco for my cat and dog supplies. I left both places saving money and all my questions answered correctly. With the economy the way it is. The pet house should really consider reviewing their store and there employees. But they have forever lost this family as their customers.
