My car broke down last night! Gary recommend a wrecker service and I had my car towed to his shop at 9pm. He contacted me this morning said it was the starter and had it fixed by 5pm. I'm so grateful- this is my primary source of transportation. I'm a return customer because of Excellent Service and fair prices.

The business is closed and they still have my car, no notification at all. Went to check on progress and the doors are locked!

Very poor customer service. The owner did not keep me up to date on their very slow progress. My car was trashed when I went to pick it up.

Great service on transmission rebuild. Car had over 120,000 miles and burnt trans oil so I knew it was going to need to be rebuilt. Took a couple weeks due to a part issue. Because Ford buying Mazda, switching the Mazda 3 to a 5 speed auto instead of a 4 speed, and interchanging the focus parts, my 4 speed used a 5 speed drum. The 4 speed drum has 2 cooling holes while my 4 speed used a 6 hole 5 speed drum. When the 4 speed incorrect drum came in (only 2 holes), they recognized the difference and instead of putting the wrong drum in that would worked but may have overheated, they made sure to track down the correct part with 6 holes. If they had put the 2 hole drum in, the transmission might have failed a year later out of warranty, and even after taking the 4 speed apart it would have looked normal to have a 2 hole drum. It took about a week for them to finally get a hold of someone who explained the hybrid transmission situation. If they had the same attention to detail for my transmission as they did with this one part, I'm sure my tranmission will last another +100,000 miles.

I took my car in for a clutch repair and transmission rebuild. They were courteous, professional, and knew me by name from the first phone call on. They did good work and the car drives like new. I'll definitely be going back for repairs in the future.
I wanted to say Thank you so muchfor your wonderful review. Gary and I are so thankful to hear of satisfied customers. I will be sure to post this on our facebook page, we invite you to "like" our page....

This is the best service repair shop in the Low Country area. They have the customer as their number one priority both in service and cost. When you talk with them they make you feel as though you are the only customer they are servicing. They take the time to review everything with you and make sure you understand what is wrong with your vehicle and how they are going to fix it. They truly make you feel like family and Customer satisfaction is always their top priority. Wouldn't go anywhere else and have told everyone I know to get their vehicles serviced here.
