Stokes Kia

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Their advertising in the Charleston area is maddening. Gooooooooooooooose Creek. Buy a Kia at Stokes in Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooose Creek. We wanna see ya in a Kia at Stokes in Goooooooooooooose Creek. I wish Goose Creek would get wiped off the face of the planet if it meant I never had to hear a Stokes Kia commercial again. You've ruined local radio in Charleston and I will never buy a Kia, or for that matter, ever even go to Gooooooooooooooose Creek again thanks to these monsters.

This place is straight horrible. The customer service, prices, and the employees in general are terrible. I went in there looking to buy a sportage and trade in my car. They straight up denied me and offered 5,000$ less than other dealers. Told me they couldn't help me at all with getting in a car. So I left there and went to Hoover the Mover in Summerville, saw Larry and got in a 2014 Dodge Journey. Sorry stokes Kia y'all just lost out on 26,000$. Maybe y'all's sales manager and Jason Orvin should try at least a little next time!!!!!

Just bought a used sport age from stokes kia goose creek, was supposed to go back today to have the headliner fixed, paint touch up and a ding taken out, got there and was told the people had left (at 11 am) and did I want to go to Savannah hwy store to have done! Ridiculous, guess after they sell it customer service leaves when you leave.would not deal with tbem again to buy a car!

Worse experience ever, they really need to train their sales reps and the atmosphere in that place were very judgmental. They gave me a nasty look,but i would have never came if i.was informed honestly. If you want true honesty and people who work hard. Definitely do rick hendricks on savannah hwy their the BEST :-)
