no actual texans were harmed in the making of this salad. chopped seasoned greens, breaded ranch chicken breast, bacon, cheese, corn relish, grape tomatoes, and diced red onions. tossed with spicy ranch dressing and topped with crunchy texas toothpicks

it took years to come up with a chef style salad on the menu because ss didn't want to put a plain jane chef salad on his menu. this is anything but. includes unique items like pickled okra, three meats, four cheeses, two eggs and south african peppadew peppers that are a little sweet and a little spicy, but very uncommon
