While normally proficient, my last two experiences have been horrific.

Ordered Tiller tires, told I would be called when they came in. After a little over 3 weeks, I called asking about them, only to find out they had never been ordered. Then, when I tried to reorder them, I was told I'd need the model # of the tiller which I didn't need the first time as I had the tire with me.

So the next business day I went in with my model # handy and after 30 minutes Vicki (the same sales person who neglected to order them the first time) couldn't find the tires for that tiller, even when we told them what book they were found in the first time.

Finally, we get Sally the manager, who tried to assist to no avail and so I offered to go home and look up the tires that were on the tiller.

So, I get home and I try calling. After at least 10 rings Vicki answered and I asked to talk to Sally who finally got back to me after 5-10 minutes on hold. While waiting on hold, I managed to look the tires up myself on the internet in a matter of 2 minutes.

Like I said, I've had decent service with other things in the past, but this most recent experience leaves much to be desired.

After waiting over an hour for them to call back it's now 4:40 p.m. Monday.

I would much rather do business with a local merchant, but this time Small Tires.com out of Iowa gets my money.
