Landlords beware!!!! I would caution any property owner to think twice before leaving it in the care of QPM. I received bills for thousands in repairs over the course of a year with little to no details. No man hours materials or any other line item just expected to write a blank check. Nothing was proactive about maintenance which cost money and lost tenants in the end. I will never be using their mgmt services again!!!!!!!
