        Overall

        My experiemce with this companys a/c service has been MOST excellent! As i suspected, my a/c DID have a problem and consumed at least twice, if not more, electricity than it should've.
        Now that Bates has checked unit out, it is operating so much better!! It was a very simple fix as well! All other "techs" told me my a/c was working perfectly! Ha!
        One of my rooms stayed well over 80 degrees all summer, i literally closed it off!
        You can bet now that Bates has been here, that room is reopened and ALL is MOST comfortable!

        Bates H&A was able fix my Heater correctly (in December) after the “leading company” had worked on it and it only worked for two days. And his price was a whole lot better. Thanks Bates Heating and Air!
